These are great to sip on during the day or during class. My favorite way to get my greens! They are also SUPER filling!
- 3/4 cup water
- 1-3 handfuls frozen spinach (or any kind of frozen green)
- 1/2 frozen apple (cut into chunks before freezing)
- 1 frozen banana
- juice of 1 lemon
1) Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until completely smooth. (You may need to use a tamper to help the ingredients reach the blades.)
2) Add more water, if needed AND ENJOY!
