LAX OPS RECIPE GUIDE

great alternative to a dessert, and a super tasty way to get your protein in!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of any milk you like or water 
  • 1 scoop of favorite protein powder 
  • (*you can replace the first two ingredients with an already pre-made shake like Premier Protein or muscle milk)
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (or 1 scoop of PB fit) 
  • 1 frozen banana and any fruit you would like 
  • any seeds, toppings you like

Directions

1) Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until creamy . (You may need to use a tamper to help the ingredients reach the blades.)

2) Add more ice, if needed AND ENJOY!
