No Bake Granola Bites. Perfect for a Pregame Snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick Oats (or steel cut oats) 
  • 1 Cup of Organic Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup of ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup of mini chocolate chips (if you wish)
  • any fix-ins you want (dried fruit, almonds, seeds, etc)
  • 2/3 cup of honey
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

1) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing gently until well-combined

2) Roll healthy dough into balls and drop on parchment paper on a baking sheet or plate

3) refrigerate for 1-2 hours. AND ENJOY!
